Our investment products and services provide purpose-designed options to overcome managed property fund sector shortcomings experienced in recent years, particularly in light of the lessons from the impact of the global financial crisis, such as:

• complexity and lack of transparency
• excessive gearing
• poor alignment of interest
• excessive and complicated fees

Our investment products will include several direct property funds with varying risk profiles, an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (“AREIT”) portfolio and a combined AREIT and listed infrastructure portfolio.

We are also able to manage listed and unlisted/direct portfolios by mandate.

FIM is currently managing AREIT and listed infrastructure mandates that have pure property or infrastructure characteristics deriving high proportions of income from property rental or mature income.

FIM has also identified and secured direct property assets on behalf of investors.
