Organisation

Freehold Investment Management Limited (“FIM”) was established to provide a suite of low cost and transparent property investment funds.

Our strategy is an investor focused funds management business which demonstratively has learned the lessons of the last property cycle. The FIM team has a proven track record in AREITs, listed infrastructure securities and direct property.

FIM has a joint venture agreement with Evergreen Capital Partners (“Evergreen Capital”) to jointly deliver AREIT and listed infrastructure investment management services.

FIM is owned by its directors, most of whom are executives of the business, and by the Burbank Group. Burbank has a history of investing in a range of successful property related businesses.

Evergreen Capital is owned by its executives, Tim Hannon and Jo Rylance.

FIM is the holder of Australian Financial Services License number 339008.

  1. Experience and track record in establishing and managing AREIT, listed infrastructure and direct property funds in the retail/high net worth investor and institutional wholesale segments.

  2. Comprehensive knowledgeof the Australian and global property sectors including residential property across listed and unlisted investment structures.

  3. Commercial and analytical research skills covering all aspects involved with investing in property and infrastructure including: strategic/tactical asset allocation, unlisted property manager assessment analysis of fundamentals in the market, portfolio design and construction, transaction assessments and execution including due diligence across all sectors.

  4. Significantly enhancingthe cashflow of commercial properties by focusing on operating expenditure and strategies to increase rental income.

  5. Experience gained from the project management, design and construction of large scale projects in the office, retail, industrial, residential, performing arts, education and infrastructure sectors.
