As a Senior Consultant with Atchison Consultants from 2005 to 2010, Grant’s advisory and research experience principally included the global and domestic, listed and unlisted property sectors, as well as sustainable property. His strategy consulting work covered the establishment of new businesses and products with both new and existing funds managers.
Prior to his role with Atchison Consultants, Grant had over 10 years of direct property experience in project management, design and construction in the office, retail, industrial, residential, performing
arts, education and infrastructure sectors. The first half of this period was with Lend Lease in Australia and the latter half with the AIM listed property group ISG in the United Kingdom.
Grant has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from RMIT University and a Masters of Business Administration from Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom. In 2009 he was awarded a scholarship to undertake the Certified Investment Management Analyst program and now holds the CIMA® designation.
